The Aquapark Dedeman in Bodrum is Turkey’s biggest water entertainment park and
covers an area of 40.000 m 2. It contains 24 different types of slides that offer
different types of water pressure, sound and light effects, 4 different pools and
many non-water related entertainment. Facilities for eating, any emergency health
problems or cash needs exist within the park’s premises. This park is situated in
Ortakent near Bodrum and can be reached by buses from the city center that are called
Ortakent-Turgutreis buses.

The castle of St. Peter, the tomb of the King of Caria; Maussolleion, the ancient
theater which is still used as a venue for concerts and the Myndos Door which was
the ancient gateway to the city are must-see sights that are only a short walk away
and have reasonable entrance fees.
There are a variety of concerts available in open air between the months of June
and September which include many famous foreign artists in their program and are
highly advertised.

of the many bazaars that take place in the surrounding area any day of the week
would offer you the best options. (Monday-Türkbükü, Tuesday-Bodrum only for textiles
and souvenirs or Gölköy, Wednesday-Ortakent or Gündoğan; Thursday-Yalıkavak, Friday-Bodrum,
Saturday-Turgutreis) In addition, the Bodrum sandal shops are a must-see which produce
replicas of the antique versions pictured on the feet of the statues from soft leather.

When talking about seeing the nature of Bodrum, one has to mention the famous “blue
cruises” that offer a completely different perspective of the area from the sea
and are a must-have experience. There are many agents awaiting you with their stands
by the harbor if you take a short walk by night or you could contact our reception

Scuba diving could be called the local sport since the area used to live off of
sponge-hunting in the old days. There are many different schools that offer guided
tours which are suitable for both beginners and advanced divers. Our reception would

Although the land looks arid and dry in the summertime, with the arrival of Spring
it blooms into all kinds of flowers unseen before. Thus it becomes much more enjoyable
to visit all the historical sites nearby. We work with high quality companies that

the arrangements. Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary, ancient port of Miletus,
ancient city of Labranda, Stratonikea; the first place where price limits were used

It is good to keep in mind that cabs in the area are quite expensive and when travelling
outside the town-center. So it is better to take the mini-buses that leave from
the station in the city-center, called “otogar”.

The little towns of Gümüşlük or Yalıkavak are famous for their fish restaurants
where you can enjoy a sunset dinner, check-out the ruins and shop for handmade items.
The nearby village of Karacahisar is famous with its’ friendly locals and carpets
where you could watch the carpet-weaving process and buy some of the best handmade
Mylasa carpets.
